The project partners are finalizing ENTOS Training Course and we want to offer to our audience the first idea of our final result.
As defined in the previous article, the Learning pathway of ENTOS is composed of 5 different modules focusing on the development of 5 specific competencies according to the EntreComp Framework.
- Module 1: Learning through experience
- Module 2: Coping with uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk
- Module 3: Creativity
- Module 4: Taking the initiative
- Module 5: Self-awareness & Self-efficacy
Taking as an example Module 2: Coping with uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk, developed by the University of Thessaly (UTH), we can better understand how the 3 main Learning Outcomes are going to be developed. Coping with uncertainty, ambiguity, and risk’ is one of the fifteen competencies of the EntreComp framework. It is described by EntreComp as ‘make decisions when the result of that decision is uncertain, when the information available is partial or ambiguous, or when there is a risk of unintended outcomes’.
But what does a student need to be capable to act in this PROACTIVE and RESILIENT way? Well, a set of Knowledge and Skills.

The second part consists of developing concrete Skills by means of physical activities (sport), because if we practice somehow, we will be after capable to transfer them into our daily life. That is what ENTOS partnership believes and that is why ENTOS project has been funded, to create this valuable training course.
