With the one-year anniversary of ENTOS arriving soon, it is a good time to reflect on what actions have been taken over the past twelve months and see how the project has evolved. The first phase of the project, called IO1, consisted in doing research on the topic of entrepreneurship through sports and how it is perceived in the partners’ countries: Italy, Slovakia, Greece, Lithuania and Spain.

For the first phase of the project, Materahub - the Italian partner of ENTOS - researched the relationship between sport and entrepreneurship in Italy. High school students and PE teachers from public instructions contributed to the research by taking part in surveys, and analysis of the national education context, as well as examples of good initiatives in the non-formal education sector, gave an insight on how is entrepreneurship approached through sport in the country.

The recent times of remote learning were extremely difficult for schools. It made teachers and students really busy and it showed their measure of flexibility and adaptation to new conditions. However, on the other hand,  it revealed how useful innovative projects can be. Obchodná akadémia in Nitra, Slovakia, a secondary vocational school and a coordinator of the ENTOS strategic partnership, has experienced this. At the moment the partnersip is working on intellectual outputs for innovative methodology developing entrepreneurial skills  via sports and games.
